Remote · UK-wide Commission-only · Flexible hours 10–20% of the total contract value, scaled with deal size — and more for an exceptional referral
The bigger the deal, the higher your cut: smaller projects pay 10%, larger or ongoing retainer deals pay up to 20%, and we'll go beyond that for an introduction that's genuinely exceptional. Paid once the client signs and makes their first payment.
We're looking for well-connected people to introduce Delatrix to businesses that need marketing, web development, or branding help. No sales targets, no cold-calling scripts, no fixed hours — if you know a business owner who could use our services, you make the introduction and we take it from there.
What you'll do
- Introduce Delatrix to business owners, founders, or decision-makers in your network who might need digital marketing, web development, or branding support
- Make a warm introduction or referral — our team handles the pitch, proposal, and delivery from there
- Keep us updated on where a lead stands and help us reach the right contact when useful
- Work entirely on your own schedule — this sits alongside whatever else you do
Who this is for
- You have an existing network of business owners, founders, or decision-makers — through sales, consulting, freelancing, local business groups, or your own industry
- You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas
- No marketing or agency experience required — just real connections and the ability to make an introduction
